At USM Modular Furniture, we stand by the precision and quality of our Swiss-engineered systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandizing Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure all modular components are securely packed in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove logistics partners to schedule a convenient time for furniture collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the components at our facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
